Get fitter, get healthier, get happier. An ever-present feature of The Corporate Decathlon, The Personal Health Challenge is designed to get people going! Please note, you do not have to be fit or sporty in any sense of the words to take part in this event and gain some great benefit.
An initial physical assessment by a professional fitness instructor, a free 6 week gym membership and a follow up assessment to see how you've improved - simple!
You can register for this event any time after the first Decathlon Event and ensuring your 6 week window concludes prior to the start of the final Decathlon Event. To register, simply have your squad complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (see format section) and send them to us.
