Personal Health Challenge
The Personal Health Challenge is the ideal chance to get back into shape and help your teams cause in the Corporate Decathlon into the bargain.
Up to 12 participants are tested at an initial assessment that can be arranged at your office OR at an Edinburgh Leisure gym near you. Please contact Gordon, Gordon.Fraser@activitymix.com to arrange a suitable date.
Then the challenge begins... a test of will power and personal commitment to a healthier lifestyle. At the end of the challenge period, with due trumpeting and fanfare, each of the participants will be re-assessed and given a score to indicate their overall improvement.
The team score will be the sum of the 6 best individual scores from you team. Remember, it's the improvement over the 6 weeks that's important, not the fittest person overall - so consider your tactics in team selection!
